But now I wonder: if there's a demand, why wouldn't a factory produce it? It’s not that they don’t want to do a good job; it’s that the market supports both good and bad products. This two-way demand leads to frequent safety accidents caused by faulty helmets. Ultimately, the buyer ends up losing out—saving a few yuan but risking their life in the process.
