First, employers must provide workers with personal protective equipment that meets national occupational health standards. Second, when signing labor contracts, employers must inform workers about potential occupational hazards, consequences, and preventive measures. Workers have the right to refuse any job that exposes them to such risks. Third, employers are required to offer initial and ongoing occupational hygiene training to ensure workers understand how to protect themselves. Fourth, for workers exposed to hazardous conditions, employers must arrange regular health check-ups before, during, and after employment, as mandated by the State Council’s work safety and health authorities. These results must be communicated in writing to the workers.
