Electrical plug lock site troubleshooting

Installation Precautions:

3, lock delay is generally 2.5 seconds is appropriate;

4, when you need to hold the lock body, you can't just take the lead, so as not to cause the wire to fall;

5, the use of DC power supply lock lock power supply, voltage range: DC11-25V can;

6, note that the location of the installation lock can not be wet, can not have corrosive gas liquid, can not have a lot of dust, or affect the life of the lock;

7, carefully read the instructions, strictly in accordance with the requirements of the wiring, can not be reversed, wrong connection, otherwise it will burn circuit components;

Field failure:

1, power is not locked door one by one investigation: A, remove the lock, use a new power supply to connect the electric lock red (positive) black (negative), put the magnet seat induction, if there is delay, adjust the delay to 0 Second position; this method is the fastest to determine whether it is an electric lock problem;

B. If it is determined that there is no problem with the lock, then check the voltage and current at the place where the lock was installed. Measure the current with a multimeter and connect it to a certain load to see if there is enough minimum requirement for the start current of the electrical plug lock to be 0.7A;

C. If the current and voltage cannot be tested, check the positive and negative power supply lines for the power lock, and re-apply the power supply to the installation position of the power lock to confirm that there is no problem in the wiring.

D, power distance from the electric lock should not exceed 50 meters (DC12V, 3A standard power supply), the wiring of the selected materials should not use cable, the application of more than 1 square meters of copper wire;

2, lock body fever investigation: A, power supply voltage (DC11-25V meets requirements), must be DC voltage regulator;

B. The lock tongue must be inserted into the keyhole (the depth of the keyhole is 15mm or more);

C. Check if there is a short circuit in the circuit;
