Known for his extreme approach to spicy food, Muhammad developed this sauce so intense that it requires a gas mask during preparation and even a signed "life or death" waiver from diners before they can try it.

The sauce, which is measured at an astonishing 12 million Scoville units—several times hotter than police pepper—is part of Muhammad's reputation as the "Atomic Spats." He works at the Bindi Hotel, where he specializes in fiery dishes. Diners are required to wear two pairs of gloves when handling the chicken legs coated in the sauce, as the heat can cause severe reactions. The experience is described as an explosive sensation, with some claiming it feels like “putting iron on your lips and never taking it off.”

However, the effects of this hot sauce are not to be taken lightly. Many who attempt it suffer from facial paralysis, body twitching, and even internal bleeding. Some have been rushed to the hospital after trying it. Despite the risks, fans of extreme spice often return for more, eager to relive the intense sensations. Muhammad claims the discomfort can last over 30 minutes, making it a truly unforgettable experience.

To ensure safety, all participants must sign a liability waiver before tasting the sauce. The hotel staff has also been trained in emergency procedures to assist diners in case of adverse reactions. The Bindi Hotel owner describes the sauce as “a weapon” and emphasizes the need for strict control to prevent accidental consumption.

In addition to the challenge, the hotel runs the “Atomic Sparring Challenge,” where customers can test their endurance by eating 10 hot drumsticks in 15 minutes. Those who succeed can win a £100 bonus. So far, only 20 people have attempted the challenge, with the highest record being just two chicken legs eaten.
