The 2010 National Machinery Industry Occupational Skills Appraisal Work Summary and Commendation Conference was held in Shenzhen on January 13, 2011. The main leaders of the association were Li Ling, director of the appraisal center, Shi Zhongguang, deputy director, and Sun Wei, the assistant director. Director Li Ling made a report of the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Assistant Director Sun Wei. She summarized the work in 2010 in ten aspects: 1. Consolidate the foundation, and promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry to provide human resources protection as the mission; 2. Quality first, standardize industry quality responsibility and quality supervision system; 7. Lead high-end, set up high-end skilled talents, and sing on the industry stage; 8. Strengthen Theoretical and methodological research, effective guidance of practice; 9, the need of the counter enterprise, the study of labor standard quota; 10, the number of identification continues to expand. In her report, she pointed out that the Machinery Industry Vocational Skills Identification Center has completed 75 standards, involving 28 industries and 280 jobs, and published 99 tutorials in 33 occupations. In 2010, a total of 6 evaluations of administrators and administrators, 1 training of quality supervisors, and 2 trainings of national referees were conducted. More than 1,000 personnel of various types were trained. Three batches of 31 appraisal organizations were established and approved. 211 appraisal institutions, including 27 sub-centers, 58 appraisal stations, and 126 appraisal points; technicians and senior technicians with 20 types of work and 800 participants participated in the appraisal, with an average pass rate of 74%; 60,000 people, issued more than 50,000 certificates, the best level in history.
When talking about the work ideas and key tasks in 2011, Director Li Ling said: We must conscientiously implement the "National Medium- and Long-Term Talent Development Plan (2010-2020)"; study new tasks under the new situation, and grasp the core of improving the quality of identification Elements; scientific development, courage to innovate; multiple simultaneous efforts to form a standardized system of skilled workers; training and identification is flexible and adaptable to the actual situation of enterprises; grasping abrasive manufacturing workers, abrasive manufacturing workers, elevator installers, elevator maintenance workers, mold workers, 18 key tasks such as the promulgation of national professional standards for engineering machinery equipment and commissioning workers. The professional standards for abrasives are placed at the top of the key tasks.
Deputy Director Shi Zhongguang read out the 2010 awards for advanced collectives, excellent managers and advanced workers. Nine of the 27 sub-centers were awarded the title of Advanced Collective, and the Abrasives Industry Center was ranked fourth among the advanced collectives; 28 of the 184 accredited sites were awarded the title of Advanced Collective. 35 comrades were awarded the title of "2010 Outstanding Manager of Mechanical Industry Occupational Skills Appraisal Work", among which Li Zhihong and Yi Cheng appraisal points of the abrasives industry center were on the list; 43 comrades won the "2010 Machinery Industry Occupation" The title of “Advanced Workers in Skill Appraisal Work”, in which the abrasive grinding industry sub-center is famous on Yiyun Leibang. Director Li Ling and Deputy Director Shi Zhongguang awarded certificates, medals and prizes to advanced collectives, excellent managers and advanced workers.
