On March 18th, SINOMACH Seiko Co., Ltd. convened a mobilization meeting to launch the Party's mass line education and practice activities at the lecture hall of Zhengzhou Sanmao Research Institute Co., Ltd. The event was attended by Xu Zhian, head of the sixth supervisory group under the SINOMACH Group’s Party Committee, who delivered an important speech. Hu Aili, deputy secretary of the SINOMACH Party Committee, delivered a mobilization address, while General Manager Zhu Feng chaired the meeting.
A visual representation of the event is included below:
During the meeting, Comrade Hu Aili emphasized that all Party members and cadres should deeply study and understand the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech. She highlighted the significant practical and historical importance of continuing the mass line education and practice activities, urging everyone to recognize their urgency and significance. Under the guidance of the SINOMACH Party Committee, the company is encouraged to align these activities with its actual operations, actively participate in the initiatives, and foster a culture of excellence among its staff. By doing so, they aim to strengthen unity and drive the company toward more rapid and sustainable development.
Xu Zhian, head of the supervisory team, provided detailed insights into the core principles of the mass line education and the requirements set by the SINOMACH Party Committee. He also outlined the work plan for the supervision team and offered specific guidance on how SINOMACH Seiko should carry out the educational activities effectively.
In addition, the meeting included a democratic review of the leadership team and its members. Following the session, the sixth supervisory team selected 30 representatives from the attendees for one-on-one discussions. These conversations aimed to gather further feedback and suggestions from both the leadership and employees regarding the "Four Winds" issues—formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism, and extravagance.
This initiative reflects the company's commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining a strong, transparent, and accountable organizational culture.
