Second, cultivation techniques

1, variety selection. Green asparagus should choose hybrids that are cold-tolerant, disease-resistant, scaly, and green and thicker.

2, warm water soaking seeds. Soaked in warm water of 45 ~ 50 °C for 30 minutes before sowing, change the well water and soak for 24 hours, drain, rinse with 30 °C warm water, and germination at 25 ~ 30 °C. Rinse each time with 30 ° C warm water every morning and evening, then wash away the surface secretions to prevent mildew. When the germination rate of the seed reaches 15% (the germination is broken to the extent of the shell), it can be sown.

3. Sowing. In early March, seedlings were planted in small arches. The seedbed is selected according to the 1.5-meter*10-meter seedbed per mu of greenhouses. Two kilograms of diammonium phosphate, 1.5 kilograms of potassium chloride, 1.5 kilograms of potassium chloride, and then 20 centimeters of the seedbed are leveled and thinned. First, the ditch is 10 cm apart, the ditch is 5 cm deep, and then weighed by 10 cm. The seed is 1 seed per hole and the soil is covered with 3 cm. The bed surface is sprinkled with 1605 wheat bran bait to eliminate underground pests. 4. Seedbed management. As the asparagus seeds can germinate above 10 °C, the maximum temperature is 25 ~ 30 °C, the temperature in the shed seedlings is still low, and the grass shed on the shed at night. The planted seedlings should be graded according to their size and planted separately. When transplanting, the surface of the asparagus roots will be turned to the south. Before planting, remove the leaves of the former recommended crops to prevent pests and diseases in the shed. Apply enough base fertilizer, generally more than 7500 kg per mu of farmyard manure, 50-70 kg of ternary compound fertilizer, 20 kg of urea, 30 kg of potassium chloride. And the soil was ploughed 20 cm deep and leveled. From the side of the greenhouse, the ditch is digging in the north-south direction. The ditch is 10 cm deep. The net of the insects and the net fungus are 3 kg each. The soil medicine is mixed and can be planted according to the row spacing of 90 cm * 30 cm. After planting, it is required to cover the soil for 3~5 cm for the first time. After 7-8 days, the second cover soil should be the same as the original seedling soil. 6. Management after planting. Within 1 month after planting, it is necessary to check the seedlings and make up the seedlings in time, and find that the dead seedlings are replanted in time, and the requirements for replanting seedlings are larger than the original seedling After the seedlings are planted, the stems are taken out in 7-8 days. Because the seedlings are tender, the resistance to the pests and the regenerative power are very poor. It is necessary to check in time and find that the stem blight is sprayed 800 times 50% carbendazim in time to find the pests. Prompt spraying and prevention. One month after planting, the young stems of the seedlings have been extracted 4 to 5 cm high. In order to promote their growth and development, sufficient water and nutrients must be given. At this time, quick-acting fertilizer can be applied, and 10 to 15 kg of urea per acre, or ternary compound Fertilizer 15 to 20 kg. On August 25, the asparagus entered the autumn stage, and then ditched to chase the farmer's fertilizer 3000-4000 kg, 10 kg of diammonium phosphate, 15 kg of potassium chloride and 40 kg of ternary compound fertilizer. Around October 25, the asparagus stalks were cut off, and the fallen leaves were all removed, taken out of the shed and burned centrally. Then cultivating the loose soil, ditching and applying 40~50 kg of ternary compound fertilizer and 20 kg of urea. In the middle of November, water was poured once, combined with cultivating loose soil, 4 kg of net worm and net fungus, and the ridge was shaped into a fish-back and covered with mulch. In mid-December, the grass is covered with grass at night, so that the temperature in the shed is between 20 and 28 ° C during the day and 18 to 20 ° C during the night.

7. Harvesting. When the tender stems are topped, the seedlings are broken in time, and when the tender stems grow to 20 cm in height, they are cut with sharp bamboo shoots. The asparagus collected is placed in the bamboo shoot box. After the harvest, the tender stems are sorted, bundled, packed, and covered with a damp cloth. They can be temporarily placed in a cool place. Do not soak in water to avoid spoilage.
