Feimeng Diamond High-tech Project passed the acceptance of Science and Technology Department
Recently, the Provincial Science and Technology Department along with the Provincial Department of Finance carried out inspections on the 2010 and 2011 Henan High-tech Industrialization Projects. Following the review process, 11 projects, including the "Diamond Self-Supporting Thick Film R&D and Industrialization" initiative by Henan Feimeng Diamond Industry Co., Ltd., successfully met their anticipated goals and passed the acceptance tests. These projects collectively represent significant advancements in technology and industry.
For instance, the "High-Temperature Gas-Cooled Reactor Nuclear Forgings" project by CITIC Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., focused on innovative forging techniques for nuclear reactors. Meanwhile, Zhengzhou Wickham Technology Co., Ltd.'s "Network Multimedia Teaching Terminal R&D and Industrialization Project" aimed at revolutionizing educational tools through digital innovation. Other notable projects include Luoyang Longhua Heat Transfer Technology Co., Ltd.'s "Composite Air Condenser R&D and Industry Project," which explores advanced heat transfer solutions, and Henan Dayong Industrial Co., Ltd.'s efforts in developing comprehensive preservation and quality control technology for meat products.
Fuyang Huicheng Chemical Co., Ltd. worked on the "High-Performance Electronic Packaging Materials Industrialization" project, while Henan Province Central Plains Company focused on "Low Carbon Energy Saving Spraying Cylinder Liner R&D and Industrialization." Additionally, Haibo Tools (Shangqiu) Co., Ltd. developed the "Laser Digital Measuring Tool" project, and Henan Yinfeng Plastic Co., Ltd. aimed to produce 10,000 tons of biodegradable films annually. Henan Dingli Pole Co., Ltd. expanded its production capacity for UHV transmission line steel tube towers, and Henan Lianhua MSG Co., Ltd. targeted the production of high-purity glutamic acid.
These 11 projects collectively invested 672 million yuan, with expectations of generating an annual sales income of 3.287 billion yuan and contributing 862 million yuan in profit and tax. They also resulted in the development of 41 new products, the application of 26 new technologies, and the filing of 78 patents, including 34 invention patents. Furthermore, 19 research reports and papers were published, and five doctors and 24 master’s students were trained.
The Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department plans to release a second round of subsidies for the high-tech projects that passed the acceptance tests. On the other hand, for projects that have exceeded their deadlines without being accepted, such as Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd.'s "New Generation Large JNX70-2 Coke Oven Industrialization Project" and Henan Construction Science Research Institute Co., Ltd.'s "Construction Engineering Wireless Sensor Network Monitoring Instrument Products and Testing Equipment Industry Project," a submission for acceptance must be made within three months post-project implementation. Failure to do so requires submitting a written report to the Provincial Science and Technology Department and the Provincial Department of Finance, requesting an extension and explaining the reasons. Should these conditions not be met, the Provincial Science and Technology Department and the Department of Finance will halt the approval of new science and technology projects.
This initiative underscores the importance of timely completion and adherence to project guidelines, ensuring continuous progress in scientific and technological advancements in Henan province.
