Bolt round node frame engineering quality supervision system

The main points of quality control in a grid project involve several critical stages, with the selection of the grid manufacturer playing a key role. The general architectural design firm is typically responsible for specifying the design requirements and selecting the grid, while the manufacturer handles the technical design, material selection, production, construction, and installation. Therefore, the choice of manufacturer significantly influences the overall quality of the project. Quality control of the manufacturer focuses on several key areas: reviewing their qualifications, evaluating their production processes and equipment, assessing their design capabilities and quality assurance systems, and verifying their product testing methods. Before the project starts, preparatory work should be carried out to ensure that the construction drawings are clear and accurate. Design reviews for grid installation and construction organization must also be conducted thoroughly. Key aspects include the establishment of a quality assurance system, verification of special workers' certifications, and the application of new technologies. Material quality control is essential in grid projects. Since most structural components are factory-produced, the inspection of steel parts upon arrival is crucial. Along with checking the quantity based on the schedule, visual appearance, geometric dimensions, and certification documents must be verified. During construction, the installation of pre-embedded bolts in the foundation is a critical point of control. Deviations in bolt spacing, height, and alignment directly affect the quality of grid installation. Ideally, these embedded parts should be installed during the main structure’s construction. Before pouring concrete, the bolt positions should be accurately set using a theodolite, and the column's main ribs should be welded to the reinforcement bars. At the same time, the bolts should be protected with thread caps to prevent damage during the concrete pour. During construction, attention should also be given to the characteristics of the components and the main structure, including expansion joints and lightning protection grounding, which require hidden inspections. Controlling the quality of bolt connections is another important aspect. High-strength and ordinary bolts are commonly used in grid structures. For ordinary bolt connections, no more than two washers should be placed on each bolt, and gas cutting should not be used to enlarge the bolt holes. After tightening, at least two threads should be exposed. Before painting, the surface of the members must be clean, free from slag, oil, water, or burrs, and the number and thickness of the paint layers should meet design specifications. When storing grid frame components, the storage area should be dry and protected from rain. Components should not be placed directly on the ground to avoid rust and contamination. When loading and unloading, care must be taken to prevent collisions and damage. All components should be inspected for rust before installation. Finally, the installation of roof panels requires strict quality control, especially regarding waterproofing. Measurements should be taken after the grid is completed. The standard for inspection includes a maximum deviation of ±L/2000 or 30mm for longitudinal and lateral lengths, and a center bearing offset of no more than L/3000.
