Zh400 straight rail lifting machine straight slide lifting safety precautions
The straight-sliding lifting machine is composed of two main components: the power unit and the bracket system.
1. The bracket section includes a main rod, a rotating arm, and various mechanical parts such as a screw, jack nut, and vertical pole. The rotating arm is capable of 360-degree rotation around the main rod, ensuring flexibility in positioning. To enhance safety, a limit switch is installed at the end of the arm to prevent accidental over-rotation due to operator error or button malfunction. The operation is controlled via a push-button starter, which activates the motor to rotate and rewind the wire rope. As the rope is pulled through the pulleys on the bracket, it lowers the object, completing the lifting process efficiently.
2. The power unit consists of a motor, gear reducer, clutch, brake, rope guide tube, and wire rope. The motor used is a neodymium single-phase capacitor motor, known for its efficiency and reliability. For cooling purposes, users can use a hair dryer if needed, especially during extended operations. The casing also features a built-in tool box containing essential accessories, including a clutch handle, a specialized wrench with a brake lever, a jack nut washer, a top cap, a push-button starter, a travel switch, spare wires, and a manual.
When using a straight-sliding lifting machine, several key safety considerations must be followed:
1. Before installation, ensure that the column is perfectly vertical. Use a level to check from multiple angles to guarantee stability.
2. The working surface should be flat and free of obstacles. If the floor is tiled, place a suitable cloth underneath to improve traction and prevent slipping.
3. The nuts securing the wire drum must be tightened properly. Standard wrenches may not provide sufficient torque, so it's recommended to extend the wrench with a lengthened pipe for better leverage. Always inspect the tightness of the nuts before and during each lift.
4. The position of the rotating arm on the column must be set appropriately. Placing it too high or too low can reduce the column’s load capacity, potentially leading to structural failure or operational issues.
By following these guidelines, operators can ensure safe and efficient use of the straight-sliding lifting machine, minimizing risks and maximizing performance.
