The project scope includes the design of a rainwater pumping station (5 m³/s or 432,000 m³/day), a sewage pumping station (0.1 m³/s or 0.864 m³/day), four submersible axial flow pumps, and three submersible sewage pumps. The rainwater pipeline network will include double-row prestressed concrete pipes (d1600) for 110 meters and reinforced concrete pipes (d2400) for 20 meters. The sewage pipeline network will consist of socket-type reinforced concrete pipes (d600) for 20 meters, prestressed concrete pipes (DN500) for 36 meters, and ductile iron pipes (DN500) for 80 meters. The bidding method is conceptual program design, with the winning bidder responsible for completing the preliminary and construction design.

3. **Bidders' Qualification Requirements**

3.2 If a consortium is involved, it must meet the requirements specified in the tender documents. Registration can be done by either the lead or a member of the consortium, and a consortium agreement must be submitted.
