The fifth employee representative meeting of Zhongnan Company was successfully held
On the morning of January 15th, the conference room on the fifth floor of the office building was filled with a solemn, festive, harmonious, and forward-looking atmosphere. The company's fifth staff (member) congress was successfully held, marking an important milestone in the organization's development.
Zhang Changyong, Party Secretary of the Henan West Group and also the Party Secretary of the Company, Li Yushun, General Manager of the Company, Niu Jianwei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Shen Xingliang, Chief Accountant, Liu Jie, Deputy General Manager, Zhou Ziping, Chairman of the Labor Union, Hou Jun, Supervisor, Lu Canhua, the company’s chief expert, as well as employee representatives and workers' representatives attended the meeting.
During the meeting, participants listened to and reviewed the 2012 administrative work report delivered by General Manager Li Yushun. They also heard reports on the use of business entertainment expenses by Chief Accountant Shen Xingliang, as well as the implementation of the company's "collective contract." Additionally, the 2012 trade union work report was reviewed.
The meeting elected 42 representatives from the first two-member workers’ representative meeting of the Yuxi Group, conducted democratic evaluations of middle-level and above leading cadres, passed various resolutions, and honored advanced collectives and individuals from 2012.
