Rusalox's main products are multi-layer and single-layer circuit boards, heat-conducting circuit aluminum substrates and nano-sized dielectric thermal conductive substrates, with ultra-high cooling efficiency.

According to Michael Naish, CEO of Rusalox, the core technology of their heat dissipation is alumina substrate, which is a thin layer of alumina ceramic coating on the aluminum substrate, which can retain the superior heat dissipation of ceramics and can also use the mechanical properties of IMS. . The characteristics of alumina substrate can be comparable with ceramics, thermal conductivity up to 125W/m*K, can greatly extend the service life of power electronic components and high-power LEDs, improve work efficiency; use environmentally friendly non-pregnancy process, in any condition Under the high reliability; size up to 400 * 300mm; can be double-layer placement; process is simple, variable batch production, production costs greatly reduced.

Among them, the most important part is the proprietary anodizing process to form a nanoporous structure of alumina (Al2O3).

The heat dissipation technology can be widely used in various electronic products, such as microwave electronics, system in packages, system on chip, 3D memory, NEMS, high-capacity modules, Peltier Components and so on. Especially suitable for high power LED solutions.

LED luminaires have very obvious advantages compared to traditional light sources, but the main problem is that the heat generated by the crystal radiating light is very large. As the temperature of the crystal rises, its light efficiency decreases, and the service life of the LED lamp also decreases.

Michael Naish said that Rusalox's technology can solve this problem very well and achieve the goal of lowering the crystal temperature through rapid heat rejection. The basis is to select a stepped aluminum oxidation process, the core of which is to obtain a dielectric on the surface and depth of the metal. This method can greatly improve the thermal conductivity of the circuit board, while the cost is greatly reduced.

This technique does not require drilling and metal plating because the path to pass is entirely made of aluminum, and the dielectric is made of high-quality ceramic. The process is simple and inexpensive.

At present, Rusalox's technology and products have gained recognition and cooperation from many Russian lighting giants such as BL Group, Lighting Technologies, LEDEL, etc. They are widely used in outdoor, industrial, warehouse, commercial and other lighting fields.
