In order for the detector to operate optimally, the inductance of the coil should be maintained between 100uH and 300uH. In the case where the coil inductance is constant, the number of turns of the coil has an important relationship with the circumference. The smaller the circumference, the more the number of turns. Since various metal materials such as cable pipelines, steel bars, and sewer covers may be buried under the road, these will have a great influence on the actual inductance value of the coil, so the above table data is for user reference only. In actual construction, the user should use the inductance tester to actually test the inductance value of the inductor to determine the actual number of turns in the construction, as long as the final inductance of the coil is within a reasonable working range (eg between 100uH and 300uH).

When winding the coil, leave enough length of wire to connect to the loop sensor and ensure there is no joint in the middle. After winding the coil cable, the lead cable must be made into a tight twisted pair, requiring a minimum of 1 meter twist 20 times. Otherwise, the untwisted output leads will be introduced to dry, making the coil inductance value unstable. The output lead length should generally not exceed 5 meters. Since the sensitivity of the detection coil decreases as the length of the lead increases, the length of the lead cable is as short as possible.

The coil is buried first by cutting the groove on the road surface with a road cutter. Perform a 45 degree chamfer on the four corners to prevent sharp corners from damaging the coil cable. The grooving width is generally 4 to 8 mm and the depth is 30 to 50 mm. Also cut a coil to the side of the coil for the coil lead. However, it should be noted that water or other liquids must be infiltrated in the slots. The coil must be straightened when winding the coil, but do not stretch too tightly and snug against the bottom of the groove. After the coil is wound, the twisted output lead is led out through the lead-out slot. In the winding process of the coil, the inductance value of the inductor should be actually tested using an inductive tester, and the inductance of the coil should be between 100uH and 300uH. Otherwise, the number of turns of the coil should be adjusted.

The installation is fixed and the position is easy to be conspicuous, and the gate is facing outward (intersection). The ground and the road surface of the road gate need the same plane, and the ground surface of the road surface needs to be used as the foundation of the road gate.

Install the chassis and take out the random accessories inside the box.

Place the box in the determined position, open the door, use a marker or screwdriver to scribe the hole in the bottom of the box and remove the box.

Use the impact drill to make the expansion screw on the number one, the hole depth is 70-80mm, and insert the expansion screw, adjust the horizontal and vertical of the box, and tighten the nut.

Install the brake lever to open the door and swing the motor handle to clamp the clamp in the cabinet to the horizontal position.

Place the gate with the screw hole end horizontally into the slot clamp slot of the box, put on the outer gate clamp, flat washer, and tighten the nut.

Adjust the brake lever bracket so that the brake lever is in the horizontal position. And make the brake lever bracket just in contact with the brake lever.

The installation method of the brake lever bracket is the same as the installation procedure of the cabinet.

Adjust the tension spring to connect the channel gate power supply, press the “▲” and “▼” keys of the controller to make the brake lever run up and down 90 degrees 4 to 5 times. If the falling rod time rod appears jittery, it means that the balance spring pull force is not enough, the brake lever will be Run to the vertical state.

Disconnect the power, open the box, loosen the cover screws, and remove the cover.

Use a hex wrench to adjust each tension spring screw. (See Figure 3) to achieve the best results when the brake lever is running.

If the starting time lever is shaken, it means that the tension of the balance spring is too large, repeat the above operation (relax the spring screw to achieve the best effect when the brake lever is running.)

If the motor is running and the brake lever does not move when the lever is lifted, it indicates that the tension of the balance tension spring is insufficient, adjust the tension spring state or increase the tension spring until the brake lever operates normally.

The single spring configuration is as follows:

There are two tension springs for the length of the gate rod of 6 meters. The length of the gear rod is 4-5 meters. Two tension springs are arranged. The length of the brake rod is less than 4 meters.

When adjusting, the number of turns in each nut is the same to avoid imbalance.

When the limit adjustment gate is delivered from the factory, the balance state of the brake lever is adjusted to reach the balance range. For example, when the gate is not vertical or horizontal, the steps are as follows:

Open the door of the box;

Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the limit baffle Phillips head screw, and slightly turn the limit baffle to the horizontal position. After adjusting, tighten the screw.

When the brake lever is not in position, the limit baffle is finely adjusted in the reverse direction, and vice versa;

When the brake lever fails to reach the verticality, the fragrance baffle is finely adjusted clockwise to adjust to the desired position;

Lock the door.
