Abstract: User-side energy transparency and intelligence are the inevitable trend of current energy management. Design and install smart meters for the main energy nodes on the user side, and then monitor the working status of each energy circuit in real time through the back-end system; and measure the power consumption, water consumption and gas consumption of each circuit. By monitoring the energy and related power parameters in real time, improving the safety, reliability and maintenance efficiency of energy consumption, reducing the labor cost of maintenance, the unattended monitoring of the power distribution system is realized. Through the use of real-time monitoring of energy, data collection and storage, the user's power usage level and the specific destination of the power are clarified, providing users with data maintenance basis for saving power maintenance costs and reasonable charges for the property, and analyzing the energy usage data later. Formulate corresponding energy-saving renovation measures. The ACREL-3000 power management system used in the Shanghai Huada Incubation Center project is now a brief introduction to the intelligent use of the user side.

0 Preface

User-side intelligent monitoring is an important part of intelligent and scientific management of distribution. Through the intelligent device to monitor the user's energy in real time, through the accumulation and analysis of the energy data, the user is charged a reasonable energy cost. The intelligent energy service system is built by ACREL-3000 power management system, and smart meters and intelligent power management terminal equipment are fully used to achieve efficient and scientific energy use.

The ACREL-3000 power management system is a user-side power management system developed for the above trends. The system measures the important loops in the Shanghai Huada Incubation Center project. Through the real-time measurement, storage and analysis of the energy used in the monitoring loop, the energy consumption status of the entire metering system is displayed in the form of a table or a graph, and the energy consumption is clearly indicated. For managers to use energy assessment, use energy to provide data basis.

This paper takes Shanghai Huada Incubation Center as an example to briefly introduce the application of ACREL-3000 power management system in the distribution system of Shanghai Huada Incubation Center.



1 Project introduction

Shanghai Huada Incubation Center is located on Jinshajiang Road and belongs to the compatriot building of Shanghai Huada Technology Building. The 16-story building frame of this project is a commercial office building. The project needs to design a power management system to measure the energy consumption of the users in the building. At the end of each month, the energy consumption report is issued, and according to the report, the energy consumption can be charged to the customer.

The electricity used by the users in this project is taken out from the floor power cabinet. In the incoming and outgoing lines of the floor power cabinets, smart meters are installed to realize the total metering of each layer of energy and the energy consumption of specific users. Through the energy metering of key nodes, the user's energy can be transparent. , intelligent. The ACREL-3000 power management system collects, stores, and processes the data of smart meters, and exports them in the form of graphs and reports, providing management personnel with specific power consumption details.



2 User requirements

This project is mainly the collection of user energy data in the floor and the statistics and display of the energy report. After the basic needs are analyzed and analyzed, they are divided into the following aspects:

1) Energy metering of the incoming and outgoing lines of the floor power cabinet;

2) Daily, monthly and annual reports of all users' energy use;

3) The energy consumption of the floor power cabinet inlet and outlet is controlled within 2%;

4) The function of collecting the smart meter and automatically generating the electric parameter report that meets the customer management requirements;

5) User privilege level management, different levels of privilege to achieve different levels of management operations;



3 design plan

3.2 System Architecture Design

In view of the scale and nature of the construction of the Shanghai Huada Incubation Center and the nature of the joint development of the follow-up projects, the system department of Ankerui Electric Co., Ltd. based on the needs of users and the experience in the same nature of the project, The intelligent power distribution system is built with the following design: Smart power meters are now installed at all monitoring points of the Shanghai Huada Incubation Center, and all adopt the standard Modbus-RTU protocol. The smart meters installed on site are connected by hand through the shielded twisted pair cable, and the data bus is directly laid to the substation duty room where the host is located. The data bus transmits data to the system host through a protocol conversion isolator. System diagram 1 is shown.

4 system function

The PC software adopts ACREL-3000 power management system, and completes the function of PC software monitoring and power monitoring through software configuration, database variable configuration and interface design.

4.1 Features

ACREL-3000 power management system adopts full Chinese interface, which is easy to operate and stable and reliable. Click the corresponding shortcut button to enter the corresponding system function module; the system has a system diagram display, simulation diagram display and network structure diagram display; the system has a friendly man-machine interface, and the display data is intuitive and convenient for users to consult.

4.2 Software features:

4.2.1 Operating system

The software interface can be designed according to the characteristics of the project and the requirements of the customer. The initial interface is the “login interface”. The customer needs to enter the corresponding password through the user name to enter the system. The interface is shown in Figure 2.

4.2.2 Communication diagram

The communication diagram is a topology diagram showing whether the communication between the system and the instrument is normal. The change of the color of the interface module reflects the running status of each monitoring point of the entire system. The interface is shown in Figure 3.

4.2.3 Monitoring details

The monitoring details reflect the name of the entire system distribution circuit, the corresponding distribution system, and the main electrical parameters of the circuit. Through the display of real-time data, the operation data of each monitoring loop of the project is visually reflected, which is convenient for the manager to know the running status of the system in real time. The interface is shown in Figure 4.

4.2.4 Parameter meter reading

The parameter report reflects the operational data of the monitoring loop of the project at a certain point in time, and the real-time parametric data at a current or past time point reflects the loop status. The main data includes: three-phase voltage, three-phase current, electric energy, active power, reactive power, power compensation factor, frequency. The interface is shown in Figure 5.

4.2.5 Energy Report

The energy report is the management of the power consumption in the form of a report. The report can realize the functions of monthly meter reading, daily meter reading, hour meter reading, etc., and can be exported or printed in Excel at any time during the system operation. The interface is shown in Figure 6.

4.2.6 Real-time alarm

The system also targets the telemetry of the main electrical parameters (including the current, voltage, frequency, power factor of the incoming loop and the current crossing alarm of the outgoing loop). You can also click to open the history alarm to call up the historical alarm interface. The interface is shown in Figure 7.

5 Conclusion

Commercial office buildings can be intelligent and transparent, and are the choice of mainstream customers in the current market. By installing energy metering at key nodes of the building or the power supply and distribution cabinets of the owner, computer network integration technology is used to provide customers with remote meter reading, data storage, data processing and other services to help customers grasp the building energy in real time. The situation, the intelligent management of building energy.

The power management system of Shanghai Huada Incubation Center Building realizes real-time collection, storage, display and export of power consumption data. Install electric energy metering instruments at the incoming and outgoing ends of the floor power cabinets, thereby building the owner's energy system for each floor in the building. During the commissioning process, the energy and outlet energy of the incoming lines in each floor were checked, and the wiring problems of some circuits were rectified, so that the error of the incoming and outgoing circuits was within 1%. At the same time of system design, installation and commissioning, it is also a detailed combing of the energy structure of the whole building. Through the detailed classification of energy use, the specific direction of the energy of the whole building is clarified, so as to understand the operation status of each owner. The system realizes the analysis and processing of the collected data, displays the power usage status of the power distribution loops of the owner in real time, and has a pop-up alarm dialog box and an alarm sound prompt, and generates various energy reports, analysis curves, graphics, etc., to facilitate the electric energy. Remote meter reading and analysis, research and development of the corresponding energy service plan. The system is safe, reliable and stable, and solves the problem of unclear specific power consumption of each distribution circuit for the end users of the distribution system, which provides a real and reliable basis for the maintenance of the power system and the development of reasonable property services.
