A polymer dosing system is the integration equipment which used for the preparation of working solutions or stock solutions of chemicals ( both dry or liquid polymer ), the whole process is automatic, safety and continuously. These systems are available for a wide range of applications and from various industries such as water treatment, Chemical industrial, food, Medicine etc. It provided to have advantage of good treatment result, high automation level, easy to operation and management, less occupied area, compact size and convenience in transport, which only need water and electrical source on scene. During the running, the polymer dosing system fully comply with reliable, stable and safety operation, the surface that directly contact with medium is made by engineering plastics and stainless material, it enhance corrosion resistant. The polymer dosing system is suitable to powder(powder dosing system), fiber and other material which difficult to dissolved, easily caked and high standard of dosing requirement, it also apply to matching and dosing the liquid material.Except this,we also sale the chemical dosing device. anti-dumping taxes on nylon6/pa 6
On April 22, 2010, China announced the imposition of anti-dumping tariffs on imported Nylon 6, also known as polycaprolactam, from the United States, the European Union, Russia, and Taiwan. The decision was made by the Ministry of Commerce (MOC), which stated that these measures were necessary to protect the domestic textile industry from unfair competition.
The new tariffs, which range from 4% to 96.5%, went into effect immediately. This five-year measure aims to counter the negative impact of dumped imports, which have been causing significant harm to local manufacturers. The MOC initiated an anti-dumping investigation into Nylon 6 imports in April 2009, following concerns raised by domestic producers about the surge in low-priced foreign products.
In October 2009, as a temporary measure, the ministry had already started collecting security deposits on Nylon 6 imports from the same regions. Now, with the final decision, these deposits will be converted into actual tariffs.
Nylon 6 is a widely used synthetic fiber, essential in the production of hosiery, knitted garments, threads, ropes, filaments, fishing nets, and tire cords. Its versatility makes it a key material in various industries, particularly in textiles and automotive sectors.
This move by China reflects its ongoing efforts to safeguard domestic industries against what it perceives as unfair trade practices. It also highlights the growing importance of trade policy in shaping the competitive landscape for global manufacturers. The tariff announcement has drawn attention from international businesses and trade analysts, who are closely monitoring how this could affect supply chains and market dynamics in the coming years.
