The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organizes the 2016 national special major industrial energy conservation special inspection

To implement energy conservation laws and regulations such as the “Energy Conservation Law” and “Industrial Energy Conservation Management Measures”, strengthen the energy conservation supervision of key energy-using enterprises and promote industrial energy conservation and green development, according to “ 2016 Key Work Plan for Industrial Energy Conservation Supervision” (Ministry of Industry and Communications) [ 2016 ] No. 89 ), Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organizes the implementation of national key industrial energy-saving special supervision on the implementation of standard policies such as mandatory energy consumption limits for key energy-using products and obsolescence of outdated mechanical and electrical equipment.

On June 30 , 2016 , the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the 2016 national major industrial energy-saving special monitoring task. The tasks involved a total of 31 provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities and 4146 companies (see attached). The tasks involved in the energy consumption of iron and steel enterprises, the standard of energy consumption limit for synthetic ammonia and other products, the implementation of electrolytic aluminum, the implementation of the ladder price of the cement industry, the elimination of outdated mechanical and electrical equipment, and the elimination of high energy-consuming backward coal-fired industrial boilers. This monitoring was entrusted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to the local competent authority of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to organize the implementation of the energy conservation supervision agency. The funds for local supervision of energy conservation supervision agencies are supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and do not charge any fees to the enterprises.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology requires all localities to strengthen coordination and guidance in their work, innovate working mechanisms, standardize law enforcement procedures, strengthen fund supervision, strengthen awareness of integrity, complete inspection tasks on time, and submit work reports in a timely manner.
