Screw conveyor installation technology

The correctness of the installation of the screw conveyor is one of the first decisive conditions for good use in the future. Its installation at the use site must be carried out properly and meet the requirements of this technical condition:
1. The screw conveyor installation foundation should be completed at least 20 days prior to the official installation of the screw. The foundation should be able to reliably support the conveyor and ensure that the screw conveyor sinking and additional changes do not occur due to the foundation being too small. The conveyor has sufficient stability during operation.
2. Screw conveyors must be cleaned of dust and dirt that adhere to them during transport or when unloaded before installation.
3. The flange surface of the adjacent housing should be successively flat and dense, and the misalignment deviation at the inner surface of the housing should not exceed 2 mm.
4. Allow the asbestos belt between the flanges of the casing to adjust the accumulated error of the length of the casing and the screw body.
5. The screw conveyor body outside diameter and the gap between the shell should meet the provisions of the following table, the minimum clearance should not be less than 50% of the nominal gap if you need a large gap, according to user requirements.
6. The bearings for the intermediate suspension of the screw conveyor shall be reliably fixed on the lifting lug of the casing. After screwing with the adjacent screw, the screw will rotate evenly and no jamming will occur. During the installation, adjustment spacers can be added between the suspending bearing base and the housing lug to ensure that the suspending shafts are coaxial. 7. The coaxiality of the main axis of the screw conveyor and the shaft of the gear motor shall comply with GB1184-80.
8. After all the bases of the screw machine are properly installed in the casing, they should be tightened and then the anchor bolts tightened.
9. All coupling screws should be tightened to a reliable degree.
10. The inlet and outlet shall be installed in the field so that the flange supporting surface of the inlet and outlet ports is parallel to the axis of the body of the screw machine, and the flanges connected to the outlets should be in close contact with each other without clearance.
11. After the screw conveyor has been installed, check whether there is enough oil in each oil reserve. If it is not enough, add enough of it. Afterwards, no load test can be carried out. After no more than 4 hours continuous load test, it should be Check the correctness of the assembly of the screw machine. If it is found that it does not meet the following conditions, it shall be stopped immediately, and the operation shall be carried out until it is in a good state of operation.
(1) The operation of the screw machine should be stable and reliable, and there should be no loosening of the fasteners.
(2) After 2 hours of operation, the bearing temperature is not as great as 30°C, and the lubrication seal is good.
(3) The reducer has no oil leakage, no abnormal sound, electrical equipment and couplings are safe and reliable.
(4) The power during no-load operation shall not exceed 30% of the rated power.
