Dust filter working safety regulations
1. The operator must check whether the pipelines and valves are in good condition before operation and during operation. The drain valve should normally be in the “closed†state.
2. The operator must strictly abide by the provisions of the general provisions of the "safe operation of pressure vessels".
3. Each time the sewage is discharged, the sewage must be discharged when the container is at the highest pressure. The sewage is discharged once in each shift, and the situation is reflected on the operation record of the air compressor.
4. Inspection When replacing the filter element, it must be done after the container is disconnected from other equipment and without any internal pressure. When cleaning the filter element, apply compressed air and the direction of the instrument to reverse purge.
