British National Composite Center open to the outside world

On November 24, Dr. Vince Cable, Minister of State for Business Innovation of the United Kingdom, announced that the National Composite Center in Bristol was officially opened. More than 200 guests visited the center on that day.

At the same time, the National Composite Center member exhibition was also held in the same period, and the wide application of composite materials technology in various industries was demonstrated, including the application of composite materials on electric vehicles, tidal turbine blades and new parts of aircraft wings.

"The center will develop and commercialize new technologies with our world-class universities headquartered in the Southwest and international companies throughout the UK," said Cable. “It will strengthen our manufacturing industry, develop the next generation of advanced composite materials, and help maintain our global leading position in this technology field. I look forward to them producing more advanced things.”
