BDM-903 precision CNC EDM superhard tool processing machine is mainly used for EDM cutting of various PCD and PCBN tool cutting edges. The machine is equipped with seven drive shafts, which can realize three-axis CNC three-axis linkage function, meeting the requirements of multi-blade super-hard tool EDM. The CNC drive system consists of an AC servo motor, a precision ball screw and a precision linear guide to ensure accurate positioning with a control accuracy of 0.001 mm.
The machine tool spindle adopts servo motor frequency conversion speed control system, equipped with X, Y numerical control shaft and tool holder, which can complete online turning of Φ50～200mm disc-shaped copper or graphite electrode. The surface roughness Ra of the turning electrode was ≤ 0.8 μm. The special CNC numerical control system contains the expert database of discharge parameters, and provides various processing methods such as program control and manual, which is convenient for users to ensure efficient and stable discharge machining process. Special pulse power supply, built-in super finishing circuit, can achieve PCD and PCBN tool sharpening with surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm. The fully enclosed structure is equipped with safety measures such as smoke exhausting device, multi-level insulation and multi-layer protection to ensure long-term durability of the machine.
