The first step; use a vernier caliper to measure the diameter of the inner hole of the bearing casing; for example; it is 55MM.
The second step; saw a piece of about 20MM wide; about 5MM thick; about 60MM long iron plate.
The third step; in the middle of the iron plate; rushing a "middle pit".
The fourth step; take the "intermediate pit" as the center of the circle; use a compass to cut the original arc with a diameter of 58MM.
The fifth step; on the grinder; the rest of the original arc is trimmed according to the original arc.
The sixth step; hammer the iron plate with a hammer; (pay attention to the uniformity of the curvature) and measure the length of the iron plate after the hammer is bent with a vernier caliper; make the scale 55. 5MM.
Step 7; on the "Intermediate Pit"; drill a hole with a 5 mm drill bit and use a M6 tap buckle.
