Korean clothing adopts safety standard system from January 2010

The relevant person in charge of the Technical Standards Institute under the Korea Ministry of Knowledge Economy stated that according to the "Quality Management and Public Product Safety Management Law" regulations, the safety management system for clothing products used for household consumption was revised and additional indirect contact with skin clothing was added. So far, South Korea's management of harmful substances such as formaldehyde in clothes is still limited to baby clothing and underwear products under 24 months.
