Article 5 Materials that emit toxic and harmful gases to space, ground, and sewers are prohibited. If production does require emissions, it should be approved by the leaders and corresponding measures taken. The venting tube set for the equipment should be more than 2 meters above the highest equipment in operation nearby.

Article 6 The entering and entering of towers shall be subject to examination and approval procedures and shall be carried out only after approval. Measures shall be taken to provide guardianship of special personnel and, if necessary, guardians of the gas prevention station.

Article 8 The gas protection station shall set up special cabinets for accidents according to the nature of hazardous substances in the positions, and shall be equipped with protective equipment for accidents and personal items, and protective equipment shall be used for the positions.

Article 12 When entering operations of towers, tanks, and containers, it is necessary to strictly handle the inspection certificate, hot work permit, and tower entrance permit, which can only be carried out after being approved.

Article 13: Guardianship should be sent by persons with strong sense of responsibility, skilled, and good health. Article 14 The guardian shall check the implementation of protective measures. The contents include:

5. Preparation of safety belts, safety lights and other protective equipment;

Article 15 During work, when the guardian feels unwell or has trouble breathing, he must leave the workplace to take off his mask.

Article 19 The guardian must, in accordance with the circumstances, remind the staff in advance not to use iron tools to beat equipment or pipelines with burning or explosion hazards, and use copper tools or buttered iron tools to work.

Article 20: In the process of guardianship, guardians are not allowed to leave the work station. They should always watch the ward's situation, and must not help the ward to work and forget their guardianship responsibilities.

Article 21 If the guardian has an accident, the guardian shall firstly give a prompt and powerful rescue, while at the same time summon other people and notify the health clinic by telephone at once.

Article 22 If a ward is guilty of a violation of the rules and does not listen to a command, the guardian has the right to stop his work and report to the relevant leader. If, for some reason, it is not possible to work in accordance with safety regulations, other reliable measures must be taken. With the consent of the factory manager, the guardian must be guarded from the beginning to the end of the guardianship, otherwise he has the right to refuse.

Article 23 A guardian cannot guard two working sites at the same time, nor can he serve as a guardian of multi-person work. For guardianship of more than three persons, guardians should be added appropriately.

Article 24 The guardian cannot serve as a guardian who takes too much time. The sick person cannot cope with guardianship.
