Bridge Installation Instructions
Device connection
The elevator bridge comes with a POE power supply. The POE port on the power supply can be connected to the POE port on the device using a network cable to supply power to the device. The POE power supply LAN port (or LAN1 / LAN2 port on the device) at the machine room end (receiving end) Access to the POE power supply LAN port (or LAN1 / LAN2 port on the device) of the camera end (sending end) of the local area network switch can be simultaneously connected to IPC, elevator gateway, advertising screen and other equipment.
how to install
The black case is connected to the switch or NVR at the machine room end, and the white is connected to the IPC at the camera end, and the surveillance video data in the elevator is transmitted to the surveillance center through the network bridge, and at the same time, the advertising screen and the elevator Internet of Things data transmission can be transmitted. As shown on the right: Since the bridge is transmitted wirelessly, it is necessary to avoid the interference of environmental factors as much as possible to ensure the transmission quality. During the installation, try to ensure that the bridge is installed directly, avoiding the obstruction in the middle of the bridge. The installation position should not be close to the corner of the wall as much as possible to avoid interference of the signal caused by multi-path reflection.
Detailed installation
When the machine room is at the top of the shaft
1. The camera end is installed on the upper part of the car, with the front facing up, and fixed on the car with a cable tie, as shown in the following figure
2. The end of the machine room is installed at the top end of the hoistway, face down, and fixed using the ceiling method, the steps are as follows
1 Note: The end of the equipment room should be installed under the load-bearing wall, and the bridge cannot be allowed to pass through the load-bearing wall, which will cause serious signal attenuation.
When the end of the machine room is at the bottom of the shaft
The camera end needs to be installed to the bottom of the car. The machine room end is directly stacked, just put it on the bracket

Troubleshoot common problems
QWhy can't the search software SADP search the bridge?
This is normal and the elevator bridge itself does not support SADP search.
Q How to check if the front-end camera is not online?
1. The computer is directly connected to the lan port of the receiving bridge (or the lan port of the poe module). Ping the IP of the sending end to see if it can be pinged. If the ping fails, the connection between the bridges is not established. Check whether the bridge is normally powered. If the bridges are working normally, check the bridge configuration to see if the SSID and channel (frequency) settings are the same (as shown in the figure below). The channel and SSID of the devices on both ends must be the same. In addition, when there are multiple pairs of bridges in the same local area network, the IP address of each pair of bridges should be modified.
2. The computer connected to the receiving end bridge can ping the sending end bridge and can ping the front end, but the switch connected to the receiving end bridge cannot ping the front end camera. Set the sending and receiving bridge mode to WDS client and WDS access point (as shown in the figure below), check the switch configuration, see if the port where the bridge is located and the port where the computer is located are in the same vlan, and whether they can communicate with each other.
QWhat should I do if the picture freezes after passing the bridge?
Picture freeze is generally caused by low signal strength, poor link quality, or wireless signal interference. The troubleshooting methods are as follows:
1. The problem of low signal strength and poor link quality: log in to the bridge to check the signal strength of the sending end and the receiving end bridge. The signal strength greater than -60dBm is the strong signal strength. If it is less than -60, it is recommended to check the installation location of the bridge. It is correct enough, whether the installation is correct, and whether there is any obstruction in the middle, check from the installation side.
2. Wireless signal interference: It is recommended to search the surrounding wireless signals on the bridge first to avoid channels with denser wireless signals. It is recommended to select non-standard channels to avoid interference with other wireless signals.
