Demand for key user tools and tools is still strong

This year is the first year of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”. It is expected that the demand for key users in the machine tool industry will remain strong this year.

The key users of machine tools can be summarized into four major industries: the automobile industry, the traditional machinery industry, the aerospace industry and other ten military industries and the high-tech industry represented by information technology. The focus of national investment this year will be on aerospace, marine, railway, heavy metallurgical machinery, power generation equipment, automobiles and parts, and defense and military industries.

In the power industry, the contradiction between power supply and demand in China is still outstanding. The power supply situation in the winter of 2005 and the spring of 2006 is not optimistic. The power gap is 15 million kilowatts. The situation in Central China and North China is severe. Before 2010, it is a key development period for the power industry. The power industry will accelerate its development and is expected to grow by an average of about 10% annually. From 2006 to 2007, the installed capacity of electric power will increase by 160 million kilowatts, of which 80 million kilowatts in 2006. In order to complete this year's and future tasks, each power station equipment company can only adopt the method of subcontracting production abroad to increase its own production capacity. At present, various power station equipment companies are intensifying technological transformation, adding large and heavy equipment, such as heavy-duty CNC gantry milling machines, large-scale CNC floor boring and milling machines with a diameter of more than 250 mm, and CNC heavy-duty vertical lathes with a diameter of 16 meters. CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathe with a diameter of 4~5 meters and a length of 14~18 meters, CNC milling machine for blade root groove.

In the aerospace industry, the scale and variety of subcontracting production of our national passenger aircraft is further expanded. In addition to the expansion of subcontract production with Boeing Aircraft Corporation of the United States, subcontract production with European Airbus will increase substantially. In addition to the production of the A320 emergency hatch, the rear passenger door and the main part of the nose, China will also produce aircraft wings, etc., with a total agreement of 500 million US dollars. The complete wing structure will be available at the end of 2007. The aviation industry's capacity building project will be fully implemented. The regional passenger aircraft and self-developed civilian helicopters will enter mass production. In the next 10 years, only 1800 helicopters will be needed. The aerospace industry will conduct research and preparations for the lunar orbiting project to develop a new generation of rockets and the "Shenzhou" manned spacecraft. In the future, the aerospace industry will purchase a large number of key equipment such as high-speed machining centers, five-axis machining centers, five-axis high-speed gantry milling machines and a number of CNC special-purpose machine tools.

Shipbuilding industry Shipbuilding industry is a key development industry in China and will accelerate development in the next few years. China's ship exports account for 70% of shipbuilding. In 2005, exports are expected to reach 10 million tons, accounting for 18% of the world market. Following Shanghai and Dalian, a large shipbuilding center will be added to Haixi Bay in Qingdao. Among them, the ship repair project has been put into use, the construction period of the shipbuilding project is 3 years, and the main body is completed at the end of 2007, with a project investment of 7.4 billion yuan. The shipbuilding industry needs a number of key equipment such as CNC heavy-duty horizontal lathes, five-axis high-speed gantry milling machines, CNC special milling machines, and CNC heavy-duty vertical lathes.

Railway locomotive industry China will invest 500 billion yuan to transform the railway system by 2010. In order to increase transportation capacity and improve the competitiveness of railway transportation and other transportation industries, the railway will once again speed up. Before 2020, China will build 28,000 kilometers of railways, and about 3,000 kilometers will use high-speed trains with a speed of 300-350 kilometers per hour. It is necessary to add 700 high-speed trains. China has signed 60 high-speed train contracts with Germany's Siemens Company for a speed of 300 kilometers per hour. The localization rate of vehicles will exceed 70%. Therefore, the state will increase investment in the railway locomotive industry and accelerate technological transformation. The railway locomotive industry needs a number of CNC heavy-duty machine tools, such as heavy-duty CNC gantry milling machines, large-scale CNC floor boring and milling machines, high-speed machining centers, and five-axis machining centers.

Military Industry In 2006, military enterprises will add a large number of high-end CNC machine tools and medium and low-end CNC machine tools.

During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period of the machinery industry, the machinery industry will maintain an appropriate development speed, and the growth rate is expected to be 12% to 15%. Among them, the development speed of various industries is high and low, and major technical equipment mainly based on petrochemical general equipment and heavy metallurgical machinery and high-tech equipment mainly based on CNC machine tools will continue to maintain rapid growth. The automobile industry is still in a period of low growth in 2006, but its parts industry will accelerate its development. The added value of the auto industry is 70% created by the parts industry. The world's auto giants predict that before 2007, the purchase of parts in low-cost countries will reach 50 billion US dollars, 70% of which will come from China, and the country will face Great business opportunities for export. The machine tools required by the machinery and automobile industries are mainly high-grade CNC machine tools and medium and low-grade CNC machine tools, and the demand for various machine tools is also large.
