The water-capacity cutting fluid is disposed of according to the date of use or the number of workpieces processed. The iron-cut surface of the grinding wheel formed during the cutting of the cutting oil is mixed with the waste cutting oil, discharged into the collecting box by the machine tool cutting device, and sent to the oil press for recycling. It is eliminated during the processing of the fume oil mist on the random bed of the exhaust facility.
